Kathrin
Kathrin is a certified yoga teacher
(E-RYT 500) with over 15 years of teaching experience.
She teaches a strong, athletic and technique-oriented practice with focus on precise alignment and conscious breathing so that her students are able to build up their own strength and awareness. She’s been living in New York City for many years where she fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga. She did an Ashtanga yoga teacher training at one of the leading yoga studios in NYC and has been teaching classes all over the city. Besides her Ashtanga yoga teacher training and her different Vinyasa yoga trainings she also completed a yin yoga teacher training and a teacher training in yoga medicine. She’s also a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor.

Nicole
Nicole is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 5 years as a yoga studio owner and a +1000 of hours teaching practice.
Her style is vinyasa based yet still focusing on alignment to build up strength and create more awareness for body and mind. Creative movement ist part of almost every lesson including Inside Flow classes. Nicole's Flow & Align style brings all of this together. Expect creative sequences in order to build up strength, balance and concentration.

Annelis
For Annelis, yoga is a journey to greater well-being - both physically and mentally.
...
Yoga means checking in with yourself, being present and exploring possibilities and limits in a gentle way. In her classes she focuses on the connection of movement, breath and mindfulness. Her style is influenced by vinyasa - a dynamic flow synchronized to the breath. In addition to the powerful flows, she also teaches yoga nidra or "yogic sleep". This guided deep relaxation opens up space for regeneration and inner peace - a wonderful counterbalance to the challenges of everyday life. Annelis completed her training (500 hours) at Volta Yoga, where she studied not only Vinyasa but also Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Sylvie
Sylvie's classes are specially designed for those who have little or no experience with yoga and look for a harmonious combination of body, breath and mind.
Sylvie has been practicing yoga for many years, both on and off the mat and completed her yoga teacher training in 2022. Finding peace through movement. Focus on the essentials thanks to serenity. Opening up to find a home within yourself. All of this motivates her again and again to engage with yoga, to practice and to experience. Sylvie is delighted to share her joy and experience with you and to have the opportunity to accompany you on your yoga journey even or especially if these are your first steps onto your yoga path.

Isabelle
Isabelle has been passionately practicing yoga for many years. Driven by this enthusiasm she completed her 150hrs training as a children's yoga instructor at yogini moves in Basel.
Isabelle enjoys to help children connect with their own bodies and minds, enabling them not only to develop their muscles and mobility but also strengthen their self-esteem and self-confidence. The practical application of "what is heard and shown" in yoga promotes motor skills while stimulating imagination, creativity and dreaming. This creates space for holistic development.

Simone
Simone is a certified yoga teacher, sports instructor, and health coach with over 20 years of
experience teaching yoga—in schools, companies, and studios.
With great dedication, she supports young people, teachers, and students on their journey towards greater well-being, inner stability, and physical balance. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents during what is often a challenging phase of life. For her, yoga is a source of strength, balance, and inner peace. Her style combines elements of power yoga, vinyasa, and fascia yoga with complementary methods such as targeted body alignment. Shaped by many years of practice, this results in a balanced mix of calm, relaxing sequences and dynamic, powerful flows. Mindfulness, creative movement, and conscious body awareness are at the heart of her teaching, creating a space where young people can find calm, develop self-confidence, and build inner strength.
Ciara
Ciara is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) who arrived on the mat with tight hips from sitting at a desk during the workday and sore wrists from climbing in her free time.
Yoga has helped her to open and strengthen her body and mind, and she’s passionate about sharing that transformative experience through teaching. She leads Magnolia Flow in the morning and invites you to join and cultivate your own strength and flexibility with an experience that extends beyond mat and into daily life. Ciara has also completed a yin yoga teacher training, as well as yoga anatomy and pranayama (breathwork) training.

Tina
On one hand, yoga offers me an island of calmness in everyday chaos. On the other hand, it is a fun investment in my physical health.
Tina discovered yoga with her son after he was born. She loved spending quality time with him on the yoga mat and wants to share this experience with other families. No one is too young or too old to do (family) yoga.

Nina
With over ten years of dedicated yoga practice and experience gained through international retreats and studios worldwide, I bring a broad and inspired perspective to my teaching.
In November 2024, I completed my yoga teacher training and am delighted to be part of the Magnolia team. My classes offer strong and dynamic Vinyasa flows designed for all levels, combining precision, creativity, and a genuine passion for yoga.
