Christian

My yoga classes are a combination of

powerful, dynamic flows and moments of calm and mindfulness.

I invite you to connect with your inner strength, build energy, and at the same time pause, take a conscious breath, and be fully present. For me, yoga is so much more than a physical practice. It is an anchor in everyday life—a way of coming home to myself. I look forward to sharing this space with you, filled with energy, presence, and inner balance.

Alexandra

Many people are simply functioning – often until their bodies eventually start to make themselves known.

My own health journey taught me early on how important movement, recovery, and body awareness can be—not as a form of self-optimization, but as a way to reconnect with the body. Since 2020, I have been teaching yoga and Pilates in Basel and Freiburg. In my classes, I combine dynamic movement, mindful alignment, and functional bodywork with conscious breathing and presence. I love powerful, flowing sequences just as much as the quieter moments when people can take a deep breath, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. My intention is to create spaces where people feel empowered—free from performance pressure, without artificial spirituality, and instead grounded in genuine connection and the joy of movement. ## Massage Offerings In addition to my yoga and Pilates classes, I also offer Thai Yoga Massage and Female Health Massage. ### Thai Yoga Massage Thai Yoga Massage combines passive stretching, acupressure techniques, and mindful touch into a holistic bodywork experience. It can help release muscular tension, improve mobility, and support the regulation of the nervous system. The treatment is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor and is individually tailored to your body's needs. ### Female Health Massage A holistic oil massage designed specifically for women, with a focus on relaxation, recovery, and body awareness. Slow, flowing strokes combined with elements of fascial and bodywork techniques help release tension and encourage a deeper connection with your body. The treatment is performed professionally with the client undressed and appropriately draped throughout the session to ensure comfort, privacy, and respect. If you have any questions or would like to book a session, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Niolyne

Niolyne (RYT-500h) and I have been practicing yoga since 2017 - I have been a certified teacher since 2024.

...

I grew up in an environment where a holistic understanding of the body and well-being was a natural part of everyday life. From an early age, I developed a deep interest in spirituality, which I have continued to explore and deepen through ongoing study and professional training. Through yoga, I discovered a powerful practice that transforms abstract concepts into lived experience, making them tangible and accessible in everyday life. I feel a deep sense of devotion and love for this ancient Indian tradition. With my **Djungle Flows**, I aim to create a space where others can discover their own connection to yoga. Inspired by the **Djungle** as a symbolic place of strength and renewal, these classes invite people to reconnect with the sense of green and nature that is often missing in our increasingly urban world. In doing so, I hope to remind them of our innate connection to the natural world.

Finding stillness through movement, returning to what truly matters with a sense of ease, and opening herself to discover a home within—these are the experiences that continually inspire her to explore, practice, and live yoga. Sylvie looks forward to sharing her passion and experience with you and supporting you on your yoga journey—especially if you are taking your very first steps into the world of yoga.

Isabelle

Isabelle has been practicing yoga with great passion for many years.

She finds great joy in helping children build a meaningful connection with their body and mind—not only by improving strength and flexibility, but also by nurturing self-esteem and self-confidence. Through the practical application of what they see and hear in yoga, children develop their motor skills while stimulating their imagination, creativity, and sense of wonder. This creates a supportive environment for holistic growth and development.
