CLASSES

Active - Sweaty - Alignment

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that harmoniously combines movement and alignment. In this class, breath-led sequences flow together with mindful moments of alignment, creating a balanced and well-rounded practice. You'll build strength, develop greater body awareness, and improve both flexibility and mobility. Expect creative flows that generate warmth and guide the body through fluid, continuous movement. At the same time, we'll intentionally pause in individual postures to refine alignment and deepen your understanding of each pose. Rather than strictly following one particular style, this class embraces a modern, functional approach to yoga. The result is a holistic practice that connects body and mind while being accessible and beneficial for practitioners of all levels.

Pilates meets Yoga

Yoga meets Pilates combines the strengthening and stabilizing principles of Pilates with the restorative and mindful practice of yoga. The focus is on building a strong core, improving posture, enhancing mobility, and developing greater body awareness. Alongside classic Pilates exercises, the class incorporates functional strength training and a variety of movement techniques, creating a well-rounded full-body workout. You'll improve strength, stability, mobility, and balance while moving with intention and control. The class concludes with a calming yoga sequence or guided relaxation, allowing you to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and re-energized. This class is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen their body, improve posture, and enjoy the restorative benefits of yoga. No prior experience is necessary.

Djungle Flow

Djungle Flow is a dynamic Hatha Yoga practice inspired by the untamed beauty, strength, and serenity of the jungle. Each class is thoughtfully themed and invites you to embody the qualities of nature through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. The practice rotates between three animal-inspired themes, each offering a unique focus and experience: **Snake Djungle Flow** Inspired by the fluidity of the snake, this class incorporates Kundalini-inspired kriyas alongside energizing yoga postures. The focus is on releasing physical and energetic tension, helping to free subtle blockages that can accumulate in the body and nervous system. Through flowing movement and conscious breath, you'll create more space, vitality, and ease. **Tiger Djungle Flow** This class emphasizes strength, stability, and precise alignment. Through powerful standing postures and mindful movement, you'll build functional strength, body control, and mental focus. Like the tiger—strong, calm, and fully present—you'll cultivate confidence, resilience, and grounded power. **Monkey Djungle Flow** Centered on mobility, coordination, and dynamic transitions, this playful practice keeps both body and mind agile. Inspired by the curiosity and adaptability of the monkey, the class encourages exploration, lightness, and joyful movement while improving balance, fluidity, and overall body awareness.

Ashtanga

*Ashtanga Open Practice**offers you the space to develop and deepen your personal Ashtanga Yoga practice in a calm, supportive environment. Rather than following a guided class, you move through your own sequence at your own pace, allowing your practice to become more personal and self-directed. Whether you're practicing the Primary Series, working on specific postures, or simply enjoying the rhythm of your breath and movement, the studio provides a dedicated space to explore your practice with focus and consistency. Throughout the session, **Kathrin or Jill** will be present to offer individual guidance, hands-on adjustments (if desired), and personalized support. You'll receive assistance with alignment, transitions, and technique while maintaining the freedom to practice according to your own experience and needs. Open Practice is ideal for students who are familiar with the Ashtanga method and would like to cultivate a regular self-practice with the support of an experienced teacher. It is also a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, refine your practice, and grow with individual feedback in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.

Female Health

Female Health is a holistic class designed specifically for women and their unique needs. Blending yoga, functional movement, nervous system regulation, and bodywork, this class goes beyond exercise. It offers an opportunity to better understand your body, deepen your body awareness, and reconnect with yourself. Each session combines mobility exercises, strength training, breathwork, self-massage, and the use of massage balls. Some practices are energizing and strengthening, while others are calming and restorative, creating a balanced and supportive experience. The focus is on body awareness, hormonal well-being, recovery, and developing healthy strategies for managing stress and tension in everyday life. This class is designed to help you cultivate a deeper sense of connection, understanding, and trust in your own body. **In short:** A holistic class for women combining yoga, bodywork, self-massage, and functional exercises to enhance body awareness, strength, recovery, and overall well-being.

Inside Flow

Inside Flow is inspired by traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga and combines fluid yoga movements with music. Throughout the class, you move in sync with the rhythm of a single song, flowing through a harmonious sequence where each posture seamlessly transitions into the next. The sequences are built on familiar yoga poses and enhanced with graceful, dance-like transitions, creating a dynamic practice that feels more like a moving meditation than a traditional asana class. Each class focuses on learning a specific choreography step by step. As the sequence gradually comes together, you'll move through the entire flow in perfect harmony with a carefully selected song by the end of the session. Music plays a central role—not only accompanying the movement but also shaping the atmosphere, emotions, and overall experience. The result is a unique and immersive practice that blends movement, music, and emotion. Inside Flow leaves you feeling energized, uplifted, and deeply connected, allowing you to step off the mat with a genuine sense of flow, joy, and presence.

Female Health Massage is a holistic oil massage designed specifically for women, with a focus on relaxation, recovery, and body awareness. Relax - Restore - Release

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. The practice consists mainly of seated and reclined postures (asanas) that are held for several minutes—typically three to five—allowing the body and mind to soften into stillness. As a calming counterpart to the more dynamic Yang styles of yoga, Yin Yoga primarily targets the body's connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Through gentle, sustained stretching, the practice can help release muscular tension, improve flexibility, and support healthy, mobile joints. The back muscles are also gently stretched, which may provide relief from back discomfort. Benefits of Yin Yoga * Improves flexibility in muscles and connective tissue * Supports the body's natural energy flow * Promotes healthier fascia and greater joint mobility * Releases physical tension and tightness * Calms the mind and encourages deep relaxation * Creates space for emotional release and greater inner clarity Each class begins with a short meditation and concludes with an extended **Savasana** (final relaxation), allowing both body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra—also known as "yogic sleep"—is a guided deep relaxation practice that leads the body and mind into a state between wakefulness and sleep. The intention of this practice is to access deeper layers of consciousness, allowing for profound mental, emotional, and physical relaxation. During the session, you'll lie comfortably on your mat or settle into a relaxed seated position while being guided step by step into a state of deep rest. Yoga Nidra helps cultivate greater awareness of both body and mind, offering a gentle opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life. This practice supports inner calm, mental clarity, and deep restoration, helping you recharge and return to your day feeling refreshed, focused, and more balanced. Benefits of Yoga Nidra * Reduces stress and promotes a greater sense of calm * Improves resilience to everyday stress * Enhances concentration, focus, and mental clarity * Supports deeper, more restorative sleep * Encourages inner peace and emotional balance * Promotes overall physical well-being * Regular relaxation practices may help reduce stress hormone levels and support a healthy immune system Yoga Nidra is especially beneficial if you're looking to manage stress more effectively, quiet a busy mind, improve your sleep, or cultivate greater balance and focus in everyday life. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience is required.
